MY TEAM.
Justin Quinnell’s amazing six month exposure he made in Bristol, England of the sun rising and falling over the city’s famous suspension bridge.
He made the photo not with a fancy digital camera but with an extremely rude, homemade device — a pinhole camera made from an empty soda can with a .25mm hole punched in it and one sheet of photo paper inside. He strapped it to a telephone pole and left it there for six months, from December 19, 2007 to June 21, 2008. If those dates sound familiar (or astronomically significant), they are — they’re the winter and summer solstices, respectively.
The lowest arc in the photo is the sun’s trail on the shortest day of the year, the winter solstice. The highest arc is the summer solstice. The lines which are punctuated by dots represent overcast days when the sun penetrated the clouds only intermittently.

AGENDA: PRIVATE YOSHI HO
As Private of the club, I hereby acknowledge thereby listed faults and request full pardon, pending the next battle.
However, respected and revered Commander-in-Chief and Attorney General, I would like to raise a petition with regards to item #4 - “You Fall Asleep Mid-Game”.
There have been many occasions when I, Private Yoshi Ho/Yoshinoya have fallen asleep and shook myself awake/freshened up to remain awake.
Unfortunately, there have been times where a request to retreat and head home is denied, and I am greeted with a pinch, a boisterous ‘NO!’ or ‘After this campaign!’, which as seasoned soldiers would understand, will only decrease performance.
I would like to file this under Physical/Emotional Abuse, and I hope this will reach the appropriate department in order for this feedback to be properly processed.
Thanks,
Private Yoshinoya
like i’ve said, we take our zombie killing business very seriously.
AGENDA: PRIVATE YOSHI HO.
As Commander of the club, i have received feedback as well as witnessed personally, your less than stellar performance of late. I shall proceed to list your faults.
——————————————————————————————-
1. You Rank #1 on the Friendly Fire list.
There is no excuse for the frequency of this error committed. Either you learn to nudge zombies off your fellow soldiers, aim properly, adjust the sensitivity of your mouse or take anti-anxiety pills before each session.
2. You Rush
You should not rush when your comrades are moving as a team. Your tendency to run way ahead of others often leads to your team suffering heavy losses in terms of health and ammunition. The goal is to stay together to minimize injury and death. Always stay close to at least 1 other person.
3. You Put Yourself Before Your Comrades
When the area is fairly clear and there are soldiers on the ground, your main objective is to rescue as many fallen as possible, if not, the nearest person to you. You committed the grave error of running to the weapon pile instead of saving your comrade which resulted in both your incapacitation as well as unnecessary loss of blood, thus severely crippling the team. Unless you need to heal yourself, there is no excuse.
4. You Fall Asleep Mid-Game
If you feel tired, freshen up or go home. This is a fast-paced action game, there is no excuse for you to fall asleep. We expect 100% commitment.
——————————————————————————————-
The club expects no less than an immediate change in attitude and behaviour. Your negligence to relevant repentance would lead to
deathimmediate expulsion from the club as well as social exile.
Love,
Bramosa, Attorney-General.
Buddy, Commander-In-Chief.
No escaping when I start
Once I’m in, I own your heart
There’s no way to ring the alarm
So hold on until it’s over
Oh!
Do you know what you got into?
Can you handle what I’m ’bout to do
‘Cause it’s about to get rough for you
I’m here for your entertainment
said i would, and i’ll be leaving one day -
before my heart starts to burn
so what’s the matter with you?
sing me something new,
don’t you know the cold and wind and rain don’t know,
they only seem to come and go away?
stand by me,
nobody knows the way it’s gonna be
